University of Hong Kong Winter Interim Program Returns from the DPRK
March 10th, 2012  |  Beijing, China
Students and faculty from the University of Hong Kong returned from a nine day winter interim program to the DPRK. The program is designed to broaden understandings of the DPRK and its role in Northeast Asia by exposing students to a variety of regional topics, from international relations to food security. The group visited schools, communes and factories in Hamhung, Pyongyang and Wonsan, and participated in several seminars on modern Korea at Peking University in Beijing. Read more
